first meet with the perspective seller
(our perspective client), evaluate
the job site, and make a recommendation
based on seller/client time schedule and
needs, type of material, and current
market conditions. We understand that
timing is critical therefore we could
come in as an agent on a long-term asset
liquidation project or we could buy the
entire yard and have everything removed
in a short time period.
